Coterseal Semi Permanent Seal

• A semi-permanent base coat that penetrates, levels and protects porous floors such as concrete,
marble, terrazzo and other porous stone floors.
• Suitable for older resilient flooring that has been subject to multi-stripping or improper
maintenance.
• It will not yellow or discolour with age.
• Use to prepare porous floors for finishing, and for older resilient floors prior to recoating with
polish.
