We believe that only top quality products offer true value
for money, so we only supply goods which will do the job first time and last
longer. Our metered systems for dispensing paper and chemicals will also offer
proven savings on wastage, pilferage and inefficiency.
Our accreditation to the ISO9001:2000 quality standard
proves our continuing commitment to the highest levels of customer care. This
certification tells you that we are externally assessed to ensure that systems
and procedures are in place for monitoring and correcting any problems experienced
by our customers, and preventing their re-occurance. We continually monitor the
performance of our suppliers and the satisfaction of our customers. The end result
is the continual improvement of all systems relating to customer care, giving
you maximum confidence in the quality of our service.
An Area Sales Manager will be allocated to your account
to provide you with a direct and personal link to our company. Visits can be
arranged for demonstrations, training or guidance. We also operate a telesales
department that allows us to contact you at suitable intervals to ensure that
your important supplies are never allowed to run out. Our admin staff have access
to a detailed order database containing all your preferred products and order
history so that you always get the correct product, exactly when you need it.
Your service from Anglian Chemicals does not end with the
delivery of your products. We support all sales with training and COSHH advice
where necessary, and our expertise in solving over 25 years worth of cleaning
problems is always available by telephone or email. Certificates are issued for
all formal training that we arrange for your staff on the safe use of machinery
or chemicals. Safety Data Sheets are provided for all chemical products…
these can be requested by advising us of your required product code by email.
We operate our own fleet of delivery vehicles within East
Anglia, serving each area on a scheduled weekly route. Orders will be required
by 3pm of the previous day, but a timely telesales call can be scheduled to ensure
that your orders are placed on time to meet this delivery.
Deliveries outside of our operating area are dispatched same day on an overnight
carrier service. A charge will be made for this, subject to any negotiated minimum
order values.
To encourage continued loyalty to our disposable products,
we offer most dispensers for toilet rolls, hand towels and hand soap on a “Free
On Loan” basis. All you need to do is sign a simple agreement, and dispensers
can be loaned to you free of charge for as long as you continue to buy our stock
for them. This agreement also entitles you to free repair or replacement of damaged
dispensers (unless caused by vandalism or mis-use).
Another element of the Anglian Chemicals service is our
Washroom and Hygiene Department. We can offer discrete, licensed removal of sanitary,
nappy and medical waste, including the installation of the necessary bins. We
can also include a refill service for washroom vending machines and dispensers
if required. We use our own staff and vehicles, so we are able to offer very

As a supplier of floorcare machinery for sale or
hire, we also employ trained service engineers to carry out repairs or services
for this type of machinery (vacuum cleaners, rotary polishers and scrubber driers).
Regular service contracts can be arranged with the purchase of new machinery,
or repairs and servicing can be carried out on an ad-hoc basis when required.
